Payment Methods & Policies

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via our payment gateways with PayPal – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB cards.
An alternative way would be to pay us via wire transfer from your bank account or through a Western Union Online Transfer. However, these payment methods take between 3 to 5 days for us to process. No order is shipped until payment is confirmed.

How do I know that my transaction is secure?
We do not keep any of your billing information. All your credit card and personal information that you enter on our online payment page is re-directed to your selected payment gateway via encrypted connection. Only the bank will have your card number and personal information. This way we ensure that our customers’ information is kept secure and that it is perfectly safe to shop with us via the Internet.
We do not have collect or store any credit card information.

Can I pay using checks or Money Orders?
Currently we do not accept checks as a form of online payment.
Being an international vendor, we are not able to process U.S. Postal Money Orders at this moment. It is not that we don’t want to do so. It is because our postal system here does not support it.

Do you accept COD?
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery).

Order & Shipping:

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and do not ship these days.

Once payment for your order has been verified, your order will begin processing. Tracking code will be provided after your order has been shipped. Typically, most orders arrive 5-7 business days after payment verification.

Orders may be tracked by submitting ticket.

If you do not see your country listed, and you want to order from Maverick Audio, please contact us via the Contact Page by clicking here. Please note that some countries we will not ship to because of the high rate of fraudulent orders reported for those countries. We are not responsible for your order if you choose the wrong country on the drop down list and you receive no shipment as a result. If you have chosen the wrong country in error, please contact us so we can redirect the shipment if it is possible.

Return Policy

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your Maverick Audio purchase of a product, please contact customer service . We accept returns within 14 days from the date of original purchase.

Damaged or defective products
If your order is damaged or defective, please click here to contact our customer support. For DOA items, we will send you a replacement unit ASAP.

Warranty and repair

We offer one year warranty for all our products. If you have any trouble using our product, please contact customer service . We will do a quick trouble-shooting with you. In most cases, problem can be solved on customer’s side. Our support team is pretty good at solving all kinds of software/hardware related issue. If the issue can not be resolved on customer’s side, we can repair of exchange the unit.

If your product is out of one year warranty, we will still take the responsibility to solve the problem for you. Just contact the customer service and we will work out a way to solve your problem.
